Kuala Lumpur 2019, part 2

As promised, here's part 2 of my Kuala Lumpur 2019 photodiary! Mostly photos from Comic Fiesta weekend and cupsleeve event hopping for Seungwoo's birthday (*´︶`*)♡

Day 3, December 21st.

Comic Fiesta Day 1! We had a hard time getting a ride so we arrived a little later than planned, so by the time we got there there was a huge crowd already.


Signing prints right as we set up~

Went around for a bit to check some of the nearby booths. I really wanted to get these books but I forgot to go back for them....

Stayed at our booth for a bit until it was time for Aian's workshop. (Of course I took ~10,000 selfies while waiting.)




Aian's workshop! I remember he kept telling me how nervous he was from the moment we stepped inside the room, but he did really well!

After the workshop was done we mostly stayed at the booth. No pics because it got so busy! So many people wanted to but Aian's prints and artbooks....I really wish we'd brought more of his stuff over, but our luggage could only fit so much. And then in the evening we met up with Hanie and Angel and we had dinner with their friend group! It's always fun meeting new friends. A little bummed I forgot to ask for a photo of everyone together though ;;

Also managed to drop by one of Seungwoo's birthday cupsleeve events since it was just a few blocks away from where we had dinner hehe. The watermelon shake was really good~


Back at the Airbnb. This is what we saw whenever we had our end-of-day coffee. Love and miss this view.

Day 4, December 22nd.

Went solo this time! I'd planned to visit two of Snoo's birthday cafes so Aian and I went separately this time, and agreed to just meet at CF in the afternoon.

📍Ojju K-Food @ Nu Sentral

First birthday cupsleeve event of the day! This one was quite lively; when I arrived there were lots of people already lined up outside, exchanging freebies and selling merch. Felt a bit lonely though as most of the fans here mostly stayed within their friend groups. One of the many times I wish the Noisy GC were with me...........

📍Franco @ Sunway Putra Mall

The second one was way more chill, probably because the mall was out of the way so not a lot of people visited. The event was so pretty though! I could feel the organizers really put their heart into everything. Just look at the little Frog Prince Seungwoo macaron! So cute. After finishing my drinks I went back to KLCC to meet up with Aian.






Both my camera and phone battery were running low by the time I arrived at the con so I could only take pics of a handful of cosplayers. Glad I got to take pics of Hanie's Mima cosplay before my camera battery died 🥹


Ending the day with this photo I took of all the stuff I got during Snoo's birthday cafes! It was A LOT. Most of it is mine but I gave away a bunch to my friends! I can't believe I used to be this crazy over a K-Pop boy.......I still love him a lot but my almost-35 hag ass cannot be bothered to be this active attending events anymore lol. (Sorry Snoo ILY 🙏🏻)

And that's it for part 2! Seeing these photos made me miss Comic Fiesta so much, especially since they've started this year's countdown already. Definitely feeling the FOMO kick in 🥲 Anyway, part 3 coming soon!
