Skin1004 Hyalu-cica Water Fit Sun Serum SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Hyaluronic Acid, Centella Asiatica Extract
MY ABSOLUTE HG 👑 Lightweight, absorbs quickly. Soft dewy finish with no white cast. This has been my go-to sunscreen for about two years now. I actually have 3 extra tubes of this in my stash because I love it so much 🥰

Jumiso Awe·sun Airy-fit Daily Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Bamboo Stem Extract, Niacinamide
2-in-1 moisturizer + SPF formula. lightweight, absorbs quickly. Dewy finish, no white cast. Works well under makeup. Ideal for those who want a quicker/simpler routine in the am 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen Protection Tube SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Sedum Sarmentosum, 10 types of Hyaluronic Acid, Allantoin
Gel-like lotion texture, absorbs quickly. Dewy finish with no white cast. Surprisingly, I found this one to be more lightweight and more hydrating than the Jumiso one. Maybe because of all the hyaluronic acid? This is great especially for oily-dehydrated skin because you want very light layers when it comes to skincare. Plus it's also marketed by Abib as easily washable with just facial cleanser. Fellow lazy girls, def check this out!

HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Black Rice Extract, Zinc Oxide, Hottuynia Cordata Extract, Daisy Flower Extract, Niacinamide, Ceramide NP
Lightweight, velvety finish. It's a mineral sunscreen so there's a bit of a white cast, but it's not noticeable once blended out. Suitable for sensitive skin, safe for children and pregnant mommies-to-be 🥰

Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Ectoin, Sunflower Seed Oil, Allantoin, Camellia Seed Oil
My favorite sunstick! Lightweight, semi-matte finish. Waterproof, so you can use it for outdoor activities. I personally love Abib sunsticks' large curved shape because it makes application much quicker. I love this for re-application because it doesn't mess with my makeup much compared to other sunsticks. I gave this one to Aian and he managed to use it up all by himself! He says it's because it's non-sticky and it doesn't feel like he has sunscreen on (he uses it on his face and arms). Of all the sunscreens/sunsticks I've made him try, this was the only time he actually told me he liked something, so that's plus points for Abib!

Mary&May Vegan Peptide Bakuchiol Sunstick SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Bakuchiol, 25 kinds of Peptides
Lightweight, velvety finish. Non-sticky, no white cast, would probably work well for re-applying over makeup. I would probably like this more if not for the floral fragrance, which is a bit strong for me 🥲

Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++
﹂ Cotton extract, Herb AC complex, Anti Sebum P
I really wanted to like this, but it just fell flat for me. It's lightweight, but as you can see in the photo it looks (and feels) greasy upon application 😔 I had to blend it out with my fingers for the "soft matte finish" it claims to have, so I'm not sure if you can use it over makeup without ruining it. Also has fragrance, so this was a no-go for me, sadly.

I know this was super late, as summer in the Philippines has already passed. But hey, it's still summer in some parts of the world, right? Besides, when sunscreens are marketed for summer use, I find that this only means they're made to be lighter in texture. So if you 1) have oily/combination/dehydrated skin, 2) live in the hot and humid tropics, 3) just prefer lighter skincare in general, or 4) are all of the above, then these sunscreens can be used all year round 😎
